First off, nutrition has never been my thing. It takes A LOT of mental strength to resist certain foods or stick to a certain dietary plan. I’m a food lover and love variety, so I pretty much eat everything. I believe, if you workout 4-5 times a week, do a moderate amount of walking/running throughout the day, and lift weights, then you too would be able to eat whatever you wanted. However, if you spend most of your life being sedentary, then the only way for you to keep your body looking healthy/fit is through a healthy diet. In this section, I will post whatever I find on certain diets and health benefits of certain foods to keep you mindful about what you are eating. Remember: EVERY MEAL COUNTS, so be mindful about what you are putting into your body. After all, “you are what you eat.” FYI for those of you wanting to get those nice 6 pack abs, a diet is a MUST, unless you’re a genetic freak.
